Hotel Rooms and Golf Packages Reservation

General Conditions

All special rates for hotel reservations are subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of booking. Full payment in advance is required to confirm your check-in.

Deposit

  • Hotel Rooms: A minimum deposit of 20% of the total cost is required to secure a booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

  • Peak Season/Holidays: Some hotels may require a deposit of up to 40% to secure a reservation during peak seasons or holidays.

Balance Due

  • Full payment for your hotel and golf packages must be settled prior to your arrival.

  • A voucher will be issued to you via email or fax once payment has been successfully processed.

Golf Packages (for group booking)


Deposit

  • A minimum deposit of 20% is required after a satisfactory arrangement of the Itinerary and Confirmation Invoice.

  • An additional 20% is due four weeks before arrival.

  • Bookings made and confirmed within three weeks of arrival will require a 40% deposit.

Balance Amount Due

  • The remaining balance is due in cash on the day of arrival, before the commencement of the tour.

Methods of Payment


  • Cash: In Thai Baht (THB).

  • QR Code: Via a Mobile Banking Application (applicable to authorized banks in Thailand only; no administrative fees).

Policies and Disclaimers


  • Refund Policy: No refund is available for cancellation after the tour has commenced, or for any services (activities, accommodation, meals) not utilized.

  • Passports and Visas: It is your responsibility to possess a valid passport and visa (if required) for Thailand.

  • Insurance: Clients are advised to obtain holiday insurance from their country of residence before making the trip.

  • Complaints: Any complaints or dissatisfaction during the holiday must be addressed with the service provider and a representative of Sgolf by CUE Holidays immediately.

  • Liability: Sgolf by CUE Holidays acts as an intermediary and is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by tourists. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, or natural disasters must be borne by the clients.
